Introduction of the XPRNC team assessment

Last year we launched XPRNC, the management game for teambuilding and working in projects. Based on leading projects for many years, the participants experience in a short timeframe all aspects of the rollercoaster ride projects can be. In a pressure cooker environment the team learns by experience how to maintain focus and to do what is right, even when the going gets tough. One of the building blocks of the game is a team assessment, during which participants as a team have to accomplish assignments and deal with unexpected events.

Playfully the strengths and weaknesses of the team become apparent and by the end of this part of the experience the IQ@work professional is able to draw a graphic of the performance and give in-depth feed back about this team effectiveness and development goals. This exercise is a perfect start for teams to get familiar and built group spirit before the real work starts. For existing under performing teams this is an excellent opportunity to clarify the lack of success, to identify the changes needed and compose a to-the-point action plan to implement accordingly.
