What we do

Thorough, creative and a little unorthodox

Qualifications that suit  us, but which we also cherish. It enables us to perform assignments for different clients and find answers to complex issues.

In addition to a solid professional background and many years of experience, there is plenty of room for amazement, guts and pleasure. Solid but a little unorthodox. We are inspired by “classics” (Maister, Covey etc.) but also like to enrich ourselves by personal interests, social developments and not to the least by our clients.

IQ@work has no active market driven strategy and does not work from a single approach or methodology. That ‘standardized thinking’  is not appropriate for the type of issues of our clients, and it also doesn’t suit us. .  Each situation is different and our role is complementary. Often literally ‘ complementary ‘ because we strengthen the own capabilities and capacity of the organization.

Our definition of result is a sustainable effect. A project is not completed on the go-live date but when it works for the organization and the employees. Our services work towards a lasting effect and are not focused on ‘ quick fixes ‘.

We are active in the areas of: Education, Financial Services, Public Service, Healthcare

Wij are acting as: Project leader, (Project) coach, Transition manager, program manager, quality manager

Our clients remain immune from bulkier contracts, long notice periods, internal procedures or rates to cover unnecessary overhead.

Our focus is to strengthen  the ‘ equity ‘ of the organization or people. Enable them to bear the change themselves or to perform the implementation. Complete outsourcing to an external party is in our opinion not an option, as this doesn’t produce long-lasting effects.

Examples of assignments that we have recently done:

  • Project management ‘ Student information system ‘ in a higher-education institute  where in addition to the harmonization of processes and ICT innovation, facilitating organizational change was part of the job.
  • Coaching a team with the goal of creating a ‘ next step ‘ with the focus on effectiveness and perspective.
  • Quality management in a project at a nationwide operating executive agency that, in addition to a process renewal also included the implementation of an ERP application.
  • Coaching of individual employees in their profession in a changing environment.
  • Define and implement the desired and necessary legislation and regulations (Solvency II) for an internationally operating financial institution.
